As Director of Operations at Stonepath Wealth Management, Jessica oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring every client receives a seamless, organized, and exceptional experience. She is responsible for managing internal processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the advisory team so they can focus on what matters most—helping clients achieve their financial goals. Jessica has worked in the financial industry since 2012 previously at one of the predecessors to Stonepath Wealth Management, Golba Financial Group.
Jessica is passionate about creating systems that enhance both the client experience and the firm’s ability to deliver personalized service. She believes that attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence are the foundation of lasting client relationships. Whether coordinating behind-the-scenes operations or assisting with complex client needs, she is dedicated to making every interaction thoughtful, efficient, and stress-free.
Known for her strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and genuine care for people, Jessica takes pride in helping build a firm where clients feel valued, supported, and confident every step of the way. Outside of the office, Jessica and her husband, Steven, stay very busy with their 3 children, Brent, Olivia, and Madeline. You will find them at the football field, baseball diamond and soccer field as the 3 kids are heavily involved in their hometown youth sports teams. She enjoys running, being out on the water and traveling with Steven and the kids any chance they can.
